Message the CR vary from head to head, I am trying to get an educated, rough idea based on the volume of a stock head and how the removal of the boss affects CR. While the change in CR has a variety of other influences, the change in volume should be constant. Again, your points are valid, but I think removing that much material is going to have the greatest single influence on CR. I was hoping one of the members with significant experience working on our heads (that doesn't sound right), or someone that works in that Z world would have a good idea (like BDE, Kyle, Ash, SZ, EP Racing, etc). I was just curious as to the (as good an estimate as possible, based on a stock head) effects that removal of the boss has on
CR and how much combustion chamber volume changes (that should be
a fixed value).
